Unit10 Hall Photo

Overview

For this unit you will print your favorite panorama for a public showing in the hallway. You will also create a single node tour with gyroscope enabled of that panorama so someone can see on their phone using your QR code.

Objectives

At the end of this module, you should be able to...

• Display your work to the public
• Create a QR code that links to the panorama

Tasks

• Download the QR code template that will be placed below your hall photo.
• Download the Photoshop Template for your hall photo.
• View nicely framed and captioed artwork.
• DO NOT put your QR code on your photo!!!!!
• View the file that I printed out for the hallway (reduced size).
• View the panorama that will be shown when you scan the QR code.

Assignment Checklist

Unit10 Hall Photo (10 pts)

Select your best panorama from any assignment or shoot one just for this assignment. Then design a compelling 16"x20" print to show off your work. Print it out on the large color printer in the ADMS and then frame it for public display.

Think of this as a photographer showing off their work in a professional gallery.

• Your panorama inserted into my template
• Includes location, title, photographer
• Uses the provided template

Panorama on the Web

• Create a panorama of your hall photo using Pano2VR
• Enable autorotate and the gyroscope
• Upload the completed tour to your web hosting account (not google or kuula or roundme)

Caption Inforamtion

Create an information placard to go below your image. Use the template provided

• Panorama Description (Tell me about it)
• Include a QR code that links to your uploaded panorama
• Mount the label and QR code below the image on foam core avaliable in the ADMS.

Grade

In order to receive a grade for this assignment you must earn 90% of the points listed above.
