Unit09 Analysis & Analytics
Overview
In this unit you will conduct a design analysis of the website you just completed and also use Google Analytics to track traffic sources visiting a website.
Let me tell you a story. In the fall of 1998, Dr. Hammond from the UVU sociology department contacted me and asked if I could help him publish a textbook he had written. We worked with our respective classes and in the Fall of 2011 we had two free sociology textbooks available on a website. In January of 2015, we updated and moved the books to a new website. The traffic for these books every semester is overwhelming as you will discover while completing this assignment. By the end you should know where the traffic is coming from, what devices they are using, and lots of other interesting stuff.
